About this course
The Coaching and Mentoring Skills for Managers course is for anyone wanting to develop and use the practical skills of coaching and mentoring safely and effectively at work.
You will learn the differences between coaching and mentoring and the fundamentals of developing other people using these methods and a range of practical tools and techniques.
You will also learn how to practice safely by understanding ethical frameworks, boundaries, psychological safety and contracting.
