Inclusive Leadership – Developing strategy and culture
Inclusive leadership is essential for creating a positive and productive work environment. Our Inclusive Leadership programme is designed for people with responsibility for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion within a business or organisation, typically, senior managers, executives, and people in specialist EDI roles. Our programmes support you to develop, implement and monitor Diversity and Inclusion cultures, strategy, policy, frameworks, networks, metrics, actions, and interventions organisation wide.
Who’s it for?
This course is ideal for leaders at all levels of an organisation who want to develop inclusive leadership skills and create a culture of belonging in their workplace. This includes executives, managers, and team leaders who are responsible for developing and implementing organisational strategy and culture.
Delivery & duration options
A half-day session covers an overview of the senior leadership responsibilities for groups of ~12 people. It is helpful if your leaders have attended the D&I for Teams session to establish a baseline understanding of the basics.
We can offer consultancy to supplement our training.

Understanding how to develop a comprehensive strategy that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion at all levels of the organisation.

Learning how to build and manage diverse teams that value differences and promote equity and inclusion.
Creating an Inclusive Culture:
Understanding how to create a culture of belonging where employees feel valued and respected.
Measuring and Evaluating Success:
Learning how to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of inclusive leadership strategies and adjust them as needed.
