About this course
This course is about the Management of Coaching and Mentoring within organisations.
You’ll consider how coaching and mentoring can help organisations and businesses to achieve their goals. You’ll also consider the time and costs associated with resourcing these types of programmes.
Coaching and mentoring have been used to great effect to address various HR issues for example to improve staff retention rates. You’ll also consider the problems you may encounter when implementing these into your organisation, and how you can overcome them.
This unit is about the value management coaching and mentoring and its operation within an organisation.
