'Strategic approaches' means understanding the modern social and organisational context we work within. Learn strengths and complications with measuring and monitoring diversity in the workplace. Explore interventions for fostering an inclusivity culture where you work that go beyond the obvious (seriously, there's a lot more to this than food, calendars, elearning and policies). To finish the course, develop your own E,D&I strategy and plan for its implementation.
