This qualification bridges the gap between level 5 and and level 7 qualifications. Managers with operational management experience find this useful to ease into strategic management and leadership. Although there are a smaller choice of units, there are some really interesting options. You can take some of these units as part of those other qualifications too.

This is the CMI flagship senior management qualification and one of our most popular qualifications. Choose from a wide range of units to develop a strategic view of organisations. Level 7 is very 'strategy' focussed; managers often find this quite a different skill set to what they knew as an operational manager.
