Partnership working offers creative, fully flexible solutions that keep us 100% client focussed.
There are many reasons why a full training programme may not be right for you. Over the last 13 years we have developed a range of alternative options to help our clients get exactly the results they need from their investment in leadership and management training and qualifications.
Partnership working takes various forms for us. Collaboration with clients, training providers and referral partners keeps us busy and keeps our creative juices flowing making work fun and interesting.
Here are some of the more popular ways we make partnership working a success for everyone:
Partnership Working with Clients
- We’re happy to provide everything to make your training programme a complete success.
- Or, we can provide some of the training and you provide the rest. Some of our clients have in-house trainers or use their preferred trainers for certain topics and we cover the other topics.
- Or, we can simply just provide the accreditation. There are a few quality assurance measures we have to put in place first and we ask that you commit time for the group to have an induction and a tutorial for each assignment so we can maintain our high rates of candidate success and satisfaction.
Partnership Working with Training Providers
Working with other leadership and management training providers allows them to offer CMI accreditation without any of the hassle. They get to deliver their training how they want, their client gets a more rounded offer. Trainers also gain a mechanism to demonstrate greater levels of behavioural change and return on investment to their clients. We are always interested to hear from all types of training providers – get in touch today to discuss how we can work together.
Partnership Working with Referral Partners
