This year, join us at our Managing Remote Teams Learning Burst Events 2021. Times are really tough with managers and teams forced to continue to work remotely so our events will give you a short burst of help and inspiration.
Learning Burst Events in 2021
For 2021 we have scheduled a series of Learning Burst events focussed on Managing Remote Teams and Working Remotely. These short, concentrated micro-learning events are designed to give you practical help with managing remotely and / or working remotely. As with all of our courses, they are based on ‘what works’ to address topical management and team-working issues.
All our Learning Burst events are open to everyone and free of charge. They are held in work time so you can schedule them in as legitimate continuing professional development (CPD). They are suitable for managers and leaders, team members and professionals.

- 2pm Thursday 18th March 2021 – Having Performance Development Review / Appraisal Conversations Remotely
- 2pm Thursday 15th April 2021 – Tips for managing a remote team
There will be opportunity to join in a conversation before and after the events via our usual social channels. Attendees will also be given access to free downloads.
