Understanding the principles of health and safety in a team leader or supervisor role is important as it protects the health, safety and well-being of employees and customers. And it reduces the risk of serious legal and financial consequences that can occur if neglected.

About this course

The aim of this unit is to equip managers with an understanding of principles of health and safety including their statutory and organisational responsibilities in making the workplace safer.
