Managers will learn the different factors that contribute to organisational culture and the impact the culture has on performance, wellbeing, employees, customers and society.

Gain an understanding of where values come from, how they are expressed and what significance they have on the behaviours of employees, customers and managers. And consider your own values as a manager how they affect your thinking and your behaviour and the effect they can have on teams, planning, problem solving and decision making.
