What you'll learn?
Typically businesses choose between four and ten modules or subjects. These can be delivered face-to-face or remotely as learning bursts, half-day or full day sessions with self-assessments and challenges to be completed before and after each learning session. Incorporating one or two CMI written assignments (e.g., a CMI Level 3 Certificate) and a collaborative real-world work-based project also help to deepen the learning and skills development.
